A Bona Certified Craftsman ("BCC") is a flooring professional trained and certified by Bona to use the complete Bona System on your floors. Using the highest quality products and techniques for the most beautiful results, they help guide homeowners in their flooring projects based on the condition of the floors.
This "Instagram Start-Up Guide" (front cover shown here) was created for this network of flooring contractors as an additional asset they can utilize to improve their marketing efforts and tactics for social media, thus reaching their customers on Instagram more effectively and improving their brand awareness.

Custom icons and imagery, including infographic-style page sections and branded assets, were created as a series for use in the majority of this publication.
The BCC network throughout the United States and Canada still uses this tool (in both printed and digital formats) to jumpstart their Instagram business profiles and engage with both new and existing customers.
